eimear Sheridan

Eimear is a qualified Nutrition, Fitness, and Health Coach with a strong background in the healthcare industry. Passionate about fitness and food, she is dedicated to empowering others on their journey to improved health and wellbeing.

 

With extensive experience working alongside sports teams and athletes, Eimear has helped individuals enhance their performance through tailored nutrition strategies.

 

She specializes in sustainable weight management, supporting clients in achieving their goals with confidence while becoming the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.

Jenson nagel

Jenson studied Sports and Exercise Science at Galway University and has built a strong background in both gym-based training and on-field sports performance.

 

With years of experience developing fitness, strength, and athletic ability, he brings a well-rounded approach to helping individuals reach their goals, whether that’s improving general fitness, enhancing sports performance, or building long-term healthy habits.”

senan lynam

Senan holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from Hanze University and a Strength & Conditioning certificate from Setanta College.

 

He has worked with professional athletes in Dubai and specialises in bridging the gap between rehab and performance, while also helping people of all levels reach their functional goals.

fearghal Tiernan

Fearghal holds a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Limerick and a BSc in Applied Health Science from the IAPT.

 

As a qualified Physical Therapist, he specializes in advanced sports rehabilitation and strength & conditioning, with a focus on helping athletes recover, perform, and excel.

 

Fearghal is also the owner of Peak Performance, where he has coached and supported a wide range of athletes — from local GAA clubs to elite teams such as the Westmeath Ladies GAA

  • Athletic Performance Testing & Programming

    A complete performance testing service designed to evaluate every aspect of an athlete’s physical capabilities—including strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance. Using this detailed assessment, we create a fully individualised training program tailored to your specific needs and sport demands. Our approach ensures that every athlete develops the key qualities required to perform at their best, while addressing weaknesses and reducing the risk of injury.

  • ADVANCED SPORTS REHABILITATION & MANUAL THERAPY

    Advanced Sports Rehabilitation & Manual Therapy helps athletes recover stronger and return to peak performance. We combine evidence-based rehab protocols with hands-on manual therapy to restore mobility, reduce pain, and rebuild strength and stability.   • Sports Performance Nutrition

    Sports Performance Nutrition Coaching with Eimear from RX Nutrition goes beyond meal plans, offering athletes the tools and strategies to fuel effectively in training and competition. Through ongoing coaching, education, and accountability, Eimear helps you understand how to fuel, hydrate, and recover for peak performance. Her athlete-focused approach empowers you to make lasting changes that enhance strength, endurance, and overall performance.

Joined the Collinstown gym back in April and haven’t looked back since. Great atmosphere, good for all levels of fitness. Fearghal is always on hand to give you that extra push, demonstrate and correct your form when needed. Would highly recommend.
